Mindful Medicine completed its third series in April 2017. Previous sessions include the Opening Series in 2015 and the Yoga Nidra Series in 2016. For those who are new, Mindful Medicine is practice of expanding awareness into alignment using mindfulness, meditation, and multidimensional techniques.
To prepare for Mindful Medicine, find a quiet place where you can remain undisturbed for the full hour. Have with you a meditation cushion, a blanket, and any other tools to help keep you comfortable in meditation or lying down. You may sit in a chair or on the floor. Some choose to lie in bed, however, it can be hard to stay awake. You will be listening and occasionally sharing your experience—set yourself up with your phone or computer accordingly. Remember this is primarily a healing experience so create a warm, comfortable, and nurturing environment to allow that part of you to come forward.
